Cooperation Terms:

Ownership of Intellectual Property: During the cooperation period, Dropseller shall not use any of Magic Ants' intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, without permission. Magic Ants retains all ownership of intellectual property rights.

Use of Intellectual Property: During the cooperation period, Dropseller must declare its store and company information to Magic Ants to obtain permission to sell Magic Ants' products.

Confidentiality Obligation: During the cooperation period, Dropseller shall strictly keep confidential Magic Ants' trade secrets and other confidential information and shall not disclose such information to any third party without permission.

Breach of Contract Liability: If Dropseller violates the above intellectual property protection provisions, the higher-level business has the right to terminate the cooperation at any time and request that Dropseller bear the corresponding breach of contract liability and compensation responsibility.

Judicial Remedy: Magic Ants reserves the right to take legal action against Dropseller's unauthorized use of Magic Ants' intellectual property.
